Terms & Conditions

• A minimum deposit of 20% of the total booking price is required to secure your reservation.
• Our team will provide the bank account details and payment instructions after receiving your booking request.
• The remaining balance must be paid before departure, unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
• A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by our team.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring that the correct amount is transferred and for any applicable bank or payment processing fees.

Deposit Requirement
A 20% deposit is required to secure your trip. Please wait for our team’s payment instructions before transferring funds. Your booking confirmation will be provided once the payment has been verified.

• More than 30 days before departure: The deposit is refundable, excluding applicable bank and payment processing fees.
• 15–30 days before departure: A cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking price applies.
• Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total booking price is non-refundable.
• No-show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time without prior notice is treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
• Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and banking procedures.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our team. The applicable cancellation charge will be determined according to the notice received before the scheduled departure.

The itinerary is planned to provide guests with an enjoyable sailing experience between Lombok and Flores, including visits to selected islands and destinations around Komodo National Park.

• The itinerary, sailing schedule, and activity order may change due to weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, port authority instructions, or government regulations.
• The captain and tour operator may adjust routes or activities when necessary to protect guests, crew members, and the vessel.
• Wildlife sightings, including Komodo dragons, whale sharks, turtles, and other marine animals, cannot be guaranteed.
• Guests will be informed of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.

Sailing trips are subject to weather and sea conditions. Departure may be delayed, modified, or cancelled when conditions are considered unsafe by the captain or relevant authorities.

Force majeure events may include natural disasters, extreme weather, port closures, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If such events affect your trip, our team will communicate available options, which may include rescheduling or other remedies in accordance with the applicable booking agreement and relevant law. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and will be handled under the applicable policy.

• Guests should be physically fit for boat travel, swimming, snorkeling, island walks, and other activities included in the itinerary.
• Please inform our team before departure about relevant medical conditions, allergies, mobility requirements, or dietary restrictions.
• Guests are responsible for bringing any personal medication they may need during the trip.
• For safety reasons, the captain or tour operator may restrict participation in an activity if a guest’s condition presents a significant risk to themselves or others.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Your policy should cover, where available, medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation.

Guests are responsible for arranging suitable insurance before departure and checking that their policy covers boat trips and planned activities.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. Please take care of valuables, travel documents, electronic devices, and other personal items.

Any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the incident. Please report any issue to the crew as soon as possible.

• Guests must follow safety instructions from the captain, boat crew, tour guide, and relevant authorities.
• Life jackets must be worn whenever instructed by the crew.
• Guests must respect other passengers, crew members, local communities, and the natural environment.
• Reckless, disruptive, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.
• Guests who seriously violate safety rules may be restricted from activities or removed from the trip where reasonably necessary. Any refund will be assessed under the applicable booking terms and law.

Entrance fees to Komodo National Park, conservation charges, port fees, and other government-imposed charges may change according to official regulations.

Any fees included in the booking price will be specified in the relevant package details. Additional charges or increases imposed by authorities will be communicated to guests and handled in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable regulations.

Photos and videos may be taken during the trip for personal memories and documentation. We will obtain appropriate consent before using identifiable guest images for marketing or promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform our team before departure.

Certain services may be provided by independent operators or third-party suppliers. Each provider is responsible for the services it supplies, subject to applicable law and the relevant contractual arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any other limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By completing a booking and participating in the Komodo Trip Lombok to Flores – 4 Days & 3 Nights, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
