1. Who we are

INA Escapes is a travel brand operated by PT. Azmy Dirgantara Shagy. The company and website contact is Mr. Fauzan, Jl. Raya Bangsal, Pemenang, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, chosen route and departure, ticket class, number of guests, pickup or accommodation details, special requests, and your policy and notification choices.

For a booking, we also keep its reference, price and payment status, and any payment receipt or proof you choose to submit. If you connect Telegram notifications, we process the Telegram chat ID, username and display name needed to link your account and deliver updates. Please do not send bank passwords, card PINs or other banking credentials.

If you upload a payment proof, include only the information needed to match your transfer, such as the amount, date and reference. Cover unrelated account details. Never include passwords, card PINs or security codes. Payment-proof files are stored outside the public website directory and can be viewed only by authorized staff who review payments.

3. How we use information

We use booking and contact information to answer enquiries, check availability, prepare and manage reservations, verify payments, provide invoices, deliver requested booking updates, assist you during the trip, and protect the website from misuse.

We use information only for these service, support, security and applicable record-keeping purposes.

4. When information is shared

Access is limited to the INA Escapes team members who need the information to handle your enquiry, booking, payment or support request. We may use service providers needed to host the website and deliver messages through the channels you choose.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or where it is necessary to protect people, bookings, or the security of our services. Your bank processes any transfer under its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram

We use your email address to respond to enquiries and send booking messages relevant to your reservation. If you connect Telegram, the bot can send booking updates to that account; send /stop to the bot to unsubscribe. You can also disconnect the Telegram link from the booking page where that option is available.

If you ask our team to contact you on WhatsApp or open a WhatsApp link, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp and is subject to its privacy terms. Telegram and email providers also process messages under their own terms.

6. Cookies and third-party content

When you choose a language, the site can store that preference in a cookie for up to one year. The booking form uses an essential session cookie for up to 24 hours to protect a booking request and prevent duplicate submissions. WordPress also uses necessary sign-in cookies when an administrator accesses the dashboard. These cookies support site functions; they are not used by INA Escapes for advertising.

A page may display content embedded from another website, such as a map, video, or social post. That provider may receive your IP address and browser information, set cookies, or track your interaction as if you had visited its website—especially if you are signed in to that service. External links and embedded content are subject to the provider’s own privacy policy.

7. Retention, security and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed to respond, manage a trip and related payments, provide support, protect our services, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. The period can vary by record. We take reasonable steps to limit access and protect the information we hold.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to keep records required for an active booking, accounting, security or legal purposes. You can stop Telegram updates at any time by sending /stop.
